Thank you for booking your party or event at Kidscape. It is our goal to provide you with the best party or event experience possible. Our team will work with you to coordinate all the aspects of the party or the event in order your accommodate your needs and preferences. You will receive a reply within 24 hours of your booking, during regular business hours. The reply will confirm your booking, or a member of our team will work with you to choose another date and/or time if your desired time slot is not available. We recommend you book your party or event at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure you receive the time slot you prefer.
We have birthday party invitations available for pick up if you choose to use them. You will be required to confirm attendance, food and drink orders, and any party extras no later than one week prior to the party or event. You can choose to send your order by email to email@example.com.
All guests are required to wear socks inside Kidscape. This is for safety and the prevention of communicable foot diseases. Please understand this is for the protection of our all our customers and staff. Socks can be purchased for $2.50 for those who forget.
